Event setup
Run any event, from a school showcase to an international competition
Five event types — competition, workshop, masterclass, fair, showcase — and a wizard that turns on only the modules that event needs. It saves at every step and tells you what is missing before you publish.
- You define the structure — styles, classes, levels and age groups combined however you like: the grid you set is then used to validate every entry
- Rules per competition — competitor numbers, entry limits, maximum MP3 length, requirements per category
- Venues and floor plans — several rooms on the same event, a map with a draggable pin, a seating plan for ticket sales
- Public page, automatically — schedule, map, documents and contacts update themselves with every change
The requirements light keeps the event unpublished until it is complete. It saves automatically at every step.
Online entries
Collect entries online, without errors and without chasing anyone
The guided form only accepts valid entries: fewer phone calls, nothing to copy out by hand, no last-minute corrections.
- Automatic checks — type, level and category are checked against age on the event date; duplicate entries are blocked
- MP3s collected with the entry — the track arrives with the form, already attached to the right competition — no USB sticks at the desk on the day
- They feed the timetable — the real length of each track goes into the schedule, accurate to the second

The day’s schedule works itself out
Real MP3 lengths and stage times build a schedule accurate to the second. Move one heat and the following times fall back into line.
- Drag & drop schedule — move heats, breaks and award ceremonies: the following times recalculate themselves
- Accurate to the second — lengths come from the tracks uploaded with the entries, plus getting on and off the floor
- Stage and call-ups — call order, heats and room changes handled on the same schedule
- Personal time table — every registered entity gets its own schedule with what it dances and when, in the personal area and as a PDF, updated at every publication
- Export and publish — an Excel sheet for the staff, a public schedule with times on the event page

Payments and pricing
Build the price combinations you want
A pricing engine that copes with complicated price lists: combine the rules — tiers, overrides, coupons, commission — and checkout applies exactly the list you built.
- Progressive tiers — e.g. 1st entry €70, from the 3rd €40
- Override per competition — a fixed price, per level or a dedicated band
- Coupons — a percentage or a fixed amount, filtered by competition type
- Commission — folded into the price or paid by the entrant: you choose

Tickets and seats
Sell to the audience too, with or without allocated seats
Price bands for open sales, or a seating plan with numbered seats on the map of the hall.
- Automatic or manual choice — best available seat, or adjacent seats picked by hand
- Named tickets with a QR code — the same code that opens the door
- Granular sold-out — by band, by block or by single seat
- Seats left — show them or hide them, as you prefer
🔒 Double-booking is prevented on the server, even with ten baskets open on the same seat.

Earnings, entries, timetable and messages in the same place: at any moment you know how much you have taken, who has entered and what is still to confirm.
- Earnings in real time — card, bank transfers still to reconcile and cash at the venue, with net profit and commission already worked out

Live door control
You always know who is at your event
Door control down to the detail: how many people came in, through which entrance, who is missing. The competition director sees it in real time.

- One ticket, one entry — a code already used is flagged instantly: multiple entries on the same ticket are blocked
- Live head counts — dancers, audience and staff present, arrived against expected per style

Championships
Several stages, one overall ranking
Link the events of a circuit and the championship compiles itself: every published stage turns placements into points, with race numbers that stay the same all season.
- Linked stages — every event of the circuit is a stage: live results enter the ranking as soon as you publish them, or you import them from Excel
- Persistent race numbers — every registered entity keeps the same number for the whole championship, stage after stage
- Custom scoring rules — one Standard rule and as many custom ones as you like, assignable per ranking: points per placement, ties, duplicates

Two ways to produce a result
You choose the scoring system
You set it when you create the event. The calculation is the same through the rounds, in the final and in a combined result across several dances.
Skating system
The dancesport standard since 1937: the majority wins, not the sum.
- 1Each judge awards places — 1st, 2nd, 3rd… with no ties
- 2The winner is whoever takes most first places from a majority of judges
- 3Then it steps down: seconds and better, thirds and better, and so on
If it is still level, the places are added up: the lowest total wins.
3DS mode
Three dimensions of judging for artistic dance: Artistry, Technique, Musicality.
