How do I register for a competition?
Find the event on the homepage, click «Register» and follow the guided steps — it only takes a few minutes.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by credit or debit card (Stripe), PayPal or bank transfer. All payments are SSL-encrypted.
Can I cancel my registration?
Yes, you can request a cancellation from your personal area. Refunds are subject to the event organiser's policy.
How do I receive my registration confirmation?
You will immediately receive an email with a summary and a PDF ticket at the address you registered with on DanceMatik.
How does the live results feature work?
During the competition, results are updated in real time on the event page. No registration is required to view them.
