Three days, one event, one set of takings

Your multi-day festival: packages, workshops and competitions in one event

A festival is not just a longer competition: some come for the workshops, some for the contests, some only to watch, and some leave in the evening and come back the next morning. Here the festival is a single event, with its own start and end dates. Inside it are the packages you sell, the competitions you spread across the days and the audience going in and out.

Several days, one event

The festival dates are the event dates; everything else is laid out inside them, day by day.

From the first day to the last

The festival has a start date and an end date, and one page that shows both.

Optional competitions, each on its day

A festival can have competitions or none at all. If it has them, each one sits on its own day, and visitors filter the list by date.

Registration open during the festival

Registration can stay open while the festival is running, up to its last day.

The running order by day and stage

The programme is built day by day and stage by stage, and published as a PDF on the festival page.

Packages you put together

A package is what participants buy: the full pass, a set of classes, a single class. You decide the name, description and price.

One or more per purchase

People pick the packages they want and how many of each, up to the maximum you set.

Early bird that expires on its own

Up to two reduced prices, each with its own deadline. Once the date passes, the next price applies, worked out by the platform: no price list to update by hand.

Participant names, if you need them

You can ask for the name of every person in a package, or settle for the buyer: you decide per festival.

Extras and questions in the same purchase

Buyers add the extras you offer and answer your questions, in a four-step flow that ends in the cart.

The audience, in and out

Over three days people come and go. The door has to know, without paper lists.

Tickets for spectators

Alongside the packages you can sell tickets to the public, split into price tiers, each with its own QR code.

Entries, exits and re-entries

Entry control records who comes in and who goes out; anyone already inside is flagged, and the operator decides whether to record a re-entry.

Payments in the same cart

Card, PayPal or bank transfer, with the discount codes you choose to hand out. The price is recalculated on the server at the moment of purchase.

A receipt for every order

Whoever pays, bank transfer included, gets a numbered receipt tied to their order. It is not a tax document: tax obligations stay with the organiser.

Frequently asked questions

Can I sell a pass for all days and one for a single day?
You can create both, with different names and prices. Today, though, the platform does not limit entry to the day written on the pass: the day is in the name, not in a rule applied at the door.
Where do people find the packages?
On the festival page, in a list with name, description, price, early-bird discount and the button to register.
Does the festival have to include competitions?
No. Competitions are optional: to publish a festival, one package is enough.
Do buyers need an account?
Yes. The purchase is confirmed with an account, so packages, participants and receipts stay tied to a person.
Does the early-bird price change by itself?
Yes. Each reduced price has its own deadline, and the right price is worked out by the server at the moment of purchase, not by the page.
