From the photographer to the people in the picture, no shared folders

Sell your event photos and videos, with a gallery that is protected from day one

After an event, photos usually end up in a shared folder, with prices sent in a message and payments to check one by one. Here they get a gallery on the event page: the photographer uploads, previews carry a watermark, the people who were on the floor find their pictures and buy them, and the originals arrive by themselves once payment is made.

The photographer uploads, the gallery sets itself up

Whoever takes the pictures has their own access, limited to the gallery: no registrations, no takings.

A photographer role

Invite them by email with a role that only opens the gallery: they upload photos, set prices and publish.

Photos and videos together

JPEG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC files, plus MP4, WebM or MOV videos, dragged in bulk onto the upload page.

Watermark in the pixels

Public previews are low resolution and carry a watermark with the event name burned in: the original is never released before purchase.

Publish when you are ready

Uploaded photos start as drafts and appear in the gallery only when you publish them. They can be withdrawn too.

People find their own photos

A gallery of hundreds of shots is only useful if everyone finds theirs in seconds.

Filter by event

Competition, category, level and type, photo or video, free or paid: the gallery narrows down to what matters.

Competitor number

Photos are tagged with the competitor number, and on photos the platform tries to read it by itself among the numbers assigned at the event.

Search by word

A search over titles and tags, for anyone looking for a routine or a group by name.

Video previews

A video is previewed as a strip of watermarked frames, and downloaded in full after purchase.

Prices, payment and delivery

Whoever runs the gallery sets the price; the platform does the maths.

Per-photo and bulk pricing

A price for each file and quantity discounts — five photos at one price, ten at another — with the platform applying the best deal for the buyer on its own.

Bundles and free photos

Fixed-price bundles for a competition, a category or a tag, and free photos to download in high resolution.

Pay and receive

Card, PayPal, bank transfer or credit. Once payment is made, an email arrives with the originals in a single archive, and the order stays in the purchases area.

Fees already in the price

Gallery prices include the fees you do not choose to absorb: buyers see straight away what they will pay.

Frequently asked questions

Do buyers need an account?
Yes. The purchase is confirmed with an account, and that is where they find the order with the photos they bought.
How long can photos be downloaded?
The link sent by email is valid for 30 days: it is best to download the archive before then.
Can videos be sold too?
Yes, as they were uploaded. The preview is a strip of frames; the full file is downloaded after payment.
Does the photographer get a share of sales?
The platform collects payment for the event. How the takings are split with the photographer is an agreement between you.
Can a photo be taken out of the gallery?
Yes. Whoever runs the gallery deletes it or turns it back into a draft, and from then on it is no longer for sale.

Open the gallery before the event is over

Create the event, invite the photographer, and the photos are on sale the same day.
